Girls everywhere wish they could have legs as great as Harry’s…including me
Anonymous said: I'm also disappointed Harry said that. It's just so painfully heteronormative. not to mention it bothers me when adults talk about small children "liking" boys or girls or anyone. Regardless of gender. They're kids! It's WEIRD. Just goes to show even someone as amazing as H isn't immune to that kind of ignorance.
It’s not something new that Harry has issues with ignorance regarding certain topics however, I know he doesn’t mean any harm. I wish there was a way to tell him why him asking that to a little kid is pushing heteronormative. I’m not penalizing him because I know if it wasn’t for this fandom speaking about this, I wouldn’t have seen what was wrong with it. My views of things have change drastically ever since I got into this fandom, I’m more self aware on how I say certain things and how I act towards others. So, I just hope Harry can educate himself more about this and to understand why it’s upsetting.
But I also wonder if a part of him wanted to say “do you like girls? or boys?” but he knew he was opening a can of worms by saying that so I think that’s why he just said what he said and kept it simple and typical.

FORGET THAT he’s holding his mic between his legs and singing WHILE folding the towel!
